Sketchbooks Directions:
ALL students will be completing research using visual and written. Purpose: to learn about a variety of artists while copying their work, using typography, composition, and color to educate one on their life, inspiration, and art. The sketchbook should be visually stimulating and educational. If you find it boring...it's boring. So make it interesting!

List of Artists: Cindy Sherman, Frida Kahlo, Antoni Gaudi, Andy Warhol, Irving Penn, Ed Fairburn, Merve özaslan, Paul Cezanne, Dorothea Lange, or Jackson Pollock.
Minimum requirements for project:
1. Include two printed images of their work.
2. Tell me about their life, where they grew up, their inspiration, and meaning of their art.
3. Make it creative...meaning add color and visuals. If you leave it white, you don't get as many points.
